Please note that the SHA1SUM and the MD5SUM that you can found on download pages of https://db-ip.com refers to the uncompressed files.
We added SHA1SUM and MD5SUM files for the compressed files for convenience and SHA512SUM files for both compressed and uncompressed files for security.
